Ozone generator

Primozone series generators are innovative ozone solutions featured with high ozone concentration, high gas pressure and a modular concept offering effective performance.
Even with one module being removed from this modular system, the generator keeps running without any interruption to ozone production, which enables repair procedures without suspending the generator.
In addition, new modules can be added whenever needed.
Primozone can be swiftly extended when the demand for ozone rises.
Former ozone generators required cleaning of discharge vessels on a regular basis because of nitrogen oxide.
Gas and liquid pass through an anodized aluminum reactor and profile with high gas pressure, which prevents contamination of the discharge reactor.

So far, we have supplied our ozone systems to approximately 150 sites in Korea including water purification plants, sewage treatment plants, industrial waste water treatment plants and livestock waste water treatment plants

Innovative ozone technology

  • The new generation ozone generator is easy to use and maintain
  • Aluminum ozone reactor and power supply unit (SEPT) all patented
  • The same standard is applied to all products and spare parts (PSU & Reactor) across all generator product lines
  • All modules work in the fault-tolerant state even when a module is out of function. The maximum of 2% of the ozone amount is lost during repair of the power supply unit
  • Operation of the ozone generator does not require stoppage during repair procedures

  1. Highest ozone concentration (20wt%/300g/N㎥)

    • Easy to select ozone concentration in the range of 10~20wt% (150g/N㎥ ~ 300g/N㎥)
    • High ozone concentration reduces the gas-liquid ratio and increases ozone dissolution efficiency and pollution oxidation reaction efficiency
    • Economic efficiency is maximized when ozone concentration is at the optimal level, 18wt% (oxygen and electricity cost). See the below chart
