AOP Ozone injection system

What is the AOP ozone injection system?

Advanced oxidation process is the ozone treatment method to treat non-biodegradable substances. In the process, ozone and hydrogen peroxide are injected in a sealed reactor of PAOR SYSTEM, and the pressurized treated water is contacted, dissolved, reacted and stimulated to generate powerful OH radicals.

Features

  1. With regard to the treatment of non-biodegradable substances (THM, TCE, PCE, 1,4 Dioxane, benzene compounds, BTX MBTE, Humic Acid, etc), a new milestone was achieved in AOP ozone treatment method by overcoming the limitation in improving water quality of the conventional ozone treatment

    • In the process of wastewater treatment, PAOR SYSTEM has removed 40~50% of COD, and more than 90% of non-biodegradable substances have been removed in AOP ozone injection system of PAOR SYSTEM
  2. Effective removal of total organic carbon(TOC)

    • Effective response to newly applicable laws and regulations in a preemptive manner
  3. Minimum ozone consumption

    • Maximized AOP reaction with less than 0.7g/㎥ of the ozone dose to remove COD 1㎎/ℓ on account of high dissolution reaction efficiency of PAOR SYSTEM
  4. More than 99% reaction of ozone

    • No ozone emission because of AOP dissolution reaction confined in a closed space and more than 99% of dissolution reaction efficiency in PAOR SYSTEM
  5. Return on investment

    • Shorter payback period for an investment on account of the effect of treatment of non-biodegradable substances, economical ozone doses and reduced electricity consumption
